Sparkling wine enthusiasts will join Chef and his team at Seaside's newest wine bar, 87 Central, as they explore Champagne, Cava, Prosecco (and more!) while enjoying a selection of delectable brunch offerings that will be the pièce de résistance of a remarkable weekend. Tickets are limited and only available individually for the Celebration of Bubbles and are NOT included in General Admission or VIP packages.
