SEASIDE® and Ithaka Hospitality Partners come together to introduce a new Seeing Red Wine Festival Experience.

We’re thrilled to announce our exciting partnership with Ithaka Hospitality Partners, a leader in world-class hospitality known for crafting unforgettable dining experiences. This collaboration was inspired by a group of leaders, including SEASIDE®’s town founder, Robert Davis, his son, Micah Davis, now president, Vice-President Erica Pierce, and Senior Director of Brand Development Kendall Andrews, on a visit to The Laurel Hotel & Spa, operated by Ithaka Hospitality Partners at Auburn University.

While visiting, they experienced the remarkable service and cuisine at Ithaka’s flagship restaurant, 1856 – Culinary Residence. The blend of fine dining, teaching excellence, and hospitality at The Laurel in 1856 sparked an interest in cultivating a partnership, bringing the best of Ithaka’s creativity to the heart of SEASIDE® for the Seeing Red Wine Festival.

The Battle of the Somms at this year’s Seeing Red Wine Festival is just the beginning of a collaboration that will elevate how our guests enjoy food, wine, and the essence of SEASIDE®. Together, we’re raising the bar, bringing a signature Ithaka event that blends their expertise with SEASIDE®’s visionary spirit.

As SEASIDE® and the Seeing Red Wine Festival continue to evolve, our partnership with Ithaka Hospitality is a natural next step. At SEASIDE®, we believe in creating meaningful connections through memorable moments, and Ithaka shares that same commitment to excellence.
